How to resize your photos ready for Web publication?

Photos must be reduced to 640 x 480 Pixels. A useful and free tool for that is Photo Resize Magic 1.1

OS: Win95,Win98,WinME,WinXP,Windows2000,Windows2003

1- Download the software from the Grumpygang site  here  (photorm.zip - checked and found virus free)

2- Once the download completed a new screen will appear, double click setup.exe to install the program.

3- After installing launch the program and change the settings as shown below.

    Look for the Source folder (where you stored your original photos)

    Select a Target folder (where you want to save your resized photos)

    Leave all Effects options open.

    Warning: option Target=Source will overwrite your original photos.

4- At the File command you have the option for "Single Photo" or "Multiple Photos" mode.

5- Send your resized photos to the webmaster in stacks of about 30  (+- 5mb) per mailing.
